I am selling this figurine which is one of a limited edition from the series Children of the Blitz and was manufactured in 1988. It is in absolute PRISTINE CONDITION with no cracks to the glazing nor chips. It has been stored away most of the time. The master no. is 7919 and the quality control inspector's sticker is still on the base. I have the certificate and possibly I can find the original box but not sure. I am asking 400 euros with no offers. Even if you personally are not interested, you may know of somebody in the UK who collects or buys to sell Royal Doulton figurines.

I sell handmade jewellery and am based in 34530 Montagnac (10 mins from Pezenas). My prices are extremely competitive. I give the choice of buying, for example – just the pendant for a necklace with the option to purchase if desirable, a sterling silver chain or a colour co-ordinating leather/cotton attachment.
Mainly using wire, I produce pendants; rings; earrings and bracelets and key rings in a several materials e.g. silver, copper plus a few 'gold' utilising glass beads, wood, leather, polished stones and polymer clay. The example here shows one of my ‘satin finished matt’ beads.

Following its successful Haydn bicentenary concert in Lunel in May, Crème Franglaise has started its rehearsals for the new season. Performances this year will include 2 concerts with other choirs in Lunel, on 24 October and 24 April, and 9 lessons & carols in Vauvert on 20 December - others are in the pipeline. The choir is always looking for new singers with some choral experience. Rehearsals are at the Académie de Musique in Lunel from 1300-1600 every Thursday. Juanita Jauer Steichen the founding leader of this group speaks English and French amongst other languages. She has been heavily involved with breastfeeding support and advocacy work both locally and internationally in far-flung places like Malaysia and India. So, of course, Juanita would think nothing of travelling for several days to reach Malaysia in order to make use of cheap ticket deals. Definitely no chance of cushy deals. She has concentrated her local efforts on keeping a French-speaking LLL group running, while answering calls in English for breastfeeding support and information. All this in between trips and looking after her family of three children!
